Refund policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible – because every item is made to order, production often starts within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, you can still use your right of withdrawal below.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several packages, the period starts when you receive the last package.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example via our contact form or by email to info@drop.furniture) with your name, order number and the items you want to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

How to return

  • After you notify us, we will send you the return address and instructions.
  • Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item (like trying it on as you would in a shop).
  • You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (not the extra cost of any faster delivery method you chose), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund – you do not need to return the item unless we ask you to. This does not affect your statutory rights; within the EU and UK you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years.
